Chippewa County Credit Union is offering two educational scholarships for the 2012/2013 school year. One (1) scholarship in the amount of $500.00 and one (1) scholarship in the amount of $250.00 will be awarded to graduating high school seniors planning to attend an accredited college, university or trade school.

Eligibility
1. Student must be a member in good standing of Chippewa County Credit Union or a dependent of a member that is in good standing.
2. Student must present an acceptance letter from a college or university.
3. Student must present two (2) letters of reference. One must be from a school related reference and one must be a personal reference from a non-relative. An employer reference is preferred.
4. Applicants must submit an essay, typed and double-spaced, describing the importance of having good credit and how it can affect their future.
5. Applicants must submit proof of GPA or transcript from high school guidance office.

Application must be received at the credit union no later than March 30, 2012.
